I’ve spent over two decades working with some of the world’s most recognizable brands—Timberland, Puma, and Neiman Marcus—in roles that spanned product leadership, category management, and go-to-market strategy. My corporate experience has given me deep insight into how businesses operate, what drives success, and what professionals often sacrifice in pursuit of traditional definitions of achievement.
These experiences, while incredibly rewarding, also helped me recognize a pattern: many highly capable professionals are unfulfilled, overextended, or unsure of how to take control of their futures. That realization inspired my transition into coaching.
